The CLIDE programme, co-funded by European Union (Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree) is delivered by a strong international consortium of five higher education institutions, each bringing unique expertise and regional perspectives to ensure academic excellence and intercultural diversity. The consortium consists of:

Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland) – Programme Coordinator, responsible for overall governance, quality assurance, and integration activities.

University of Granada (Spain) – Contributes expertise in intercultural communication and leadership studies.

FH Oberösterreich (University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Steyr (Austria) – Provides advanced knowledge in digital transformation and distributed team management.

Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (Ukraine) – Specialises in economic and managerial aspects of leadership in the digital era.

University Hassan II of Casablanca (Morocco) – Adds a valuable perspective on intercultural leadership in the Maghreb and MENA contexts.
